They’re simply not addicted to food. Their brains work differently.

My personal observation of naturally skinny people who only eat junk food is that they tend to be picky eaters. So they only have a restricted list of "safe foods" or food they like, and if those options aren't available, they will simply not eat. And due to these restrictions, they tend to eat less overall.

I notice when I am bored and have nothing to do I go to the kitchen . Keeping busy can help not to eat mindlessly.

My brother has always been labeled as naturally skinny. He eats junk food multiple times a week, but no one seems to notice he is a EXTREMELY picky eater and goes a long time without proper meals but more so with throughout the day snacks

No one is naturally skinny, just like no one is naturally obese.

You can also do intermittent fasting by skipping dinner btw. That's what I do. I eat right after I wake up, and in the middle of the day, but then I don't eat dinner, or anything after like 6 pm.

Hi, I'm naturally skinny and I love food ;) While it is true that some people have an avertion to food and see it only as necessity, and therefore end up skinny as a natural consequence to eating less, some of us eat less because we enjoy food. We want to pick the best thing for us, and we take our time to eat. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I'd rather skip my meal altogether and stay hungry until convenient opportunity instead of half-assing the experience by shoving in whatever on the go. Sometimes I could crave something sweet, other times I’ll turn down a cookie (I roll my eyes when bigger people assume that's because I’m on a diet or some shit, cause "haha, whatever delusion helps them sleep at night, I guess" 💅) cause I'm hungry for something more substantial like meat or I know my mom is cooking something for dinner and I don't want to "spoil" my appetite, so to speak.

Absolutely right no one is skinny by accident as much as they or others like to insist. There is work being done there consciously or unconsciously

i’m one of those naturally skinny people in the sense that i stay thin without being on some diet. my highest adult weight was 106lbs (i’m 5’5”). i’m not 18 or 19 or whatever either so i’m not just a baby.
i don’t do omad or anything. i have stomach issues (gerd) so i’m sensitive to foods and i can’t go long without eating or the excess stomach acid hurts my stomach really bad.
i do eat a ton of fruits and vegetables because i enjoy it and i have bad stomach issues so it’s way easier to digest those foods. i gravitate towards foods that don’t hurt my stomach. that means my diet is fruit, veg, beans, oats, etc. i don’t eat meat cus i think it’s gross and i don’t eat gluten cus it makes my stomach hurt really bad. i don’t eat fried food and rarely at restaurants cus it hurts my stomach. i do love chocolate but not really other sweets and i limit it naturally cus i’ll feel very ill if i eat too many sweets (so a pint of ice cream will make me puke or feel like puking but a scoop is fine).
this is just how it is for some people. i have bad stomach issues that make my diet limited. i genuinely love the foods i eat though so i dont feel restricted. i eat plenty of food. but i get excruciating stomach pain from certain foods and if i eat a lot of food. doctors say the only way to manage my life is to eat the foods i eat now and to not overeat. hence why i’m 95lbs at 5’5”. force me to eat a lot of foods and my body physically rejects it. i mean very physically rejects it. doctors are fine with it as long as i don’t show signs of serious health concerns. the advice given is to just eat my diet and eat small.
for some people their bodies are naturally thin because of the way it reacts to food. people like me are sitting there eating a salad or soup because that slice of pizza or that burger will make us poop our guts out or puke our guts out. idk how many ppl are naturally thin due to stomach issues though. i’ve had these stomach issues since i was a kid (i was a skinny kid too) and there’s no magic pill solution.

I’m 5ft and around 88lbs. I move around constantly. When I’m thinking, when I’m feeling strong emotions, when I need to get somewhere - I will run, walk, pace, or bounce in my seat. If you can walk somewhere instead of driving, do! If it’s raining awfully, or you’re short on time, that’s understandable, but people will refuse to walk home if it’s any longer than 20-30 minutes which is ridiculous. If you can take the stairs instead of the lift or the escalator, do! I don’t understand why able bodied people feel the need to use machines originally made for disabled people and heavy loads, especially since it doesn’t even save time. Use your body (use it or lose it)

I skip breakfast, and I have a healthy weight. I'm simply not hungry at breakfast time. Having an active job helps too.
