It's crazy how it only takes a 7 minute video to simplify making a staple food, when it would be a 30 minute video you'd have to sit through with everybody else. The linguine with clam sauce video was like 6 minutes long, and it tasted like my nonna's clam sauce. I really appreciate this channel.

My cousin Joey is in charge of their family Italian restaurant, we were talking on the phone a few weeks ago and I mentioned I've been learning Italian cooking by watching Signor Pasquale and he laughed because he knew who I was talking about

What's really nice is that you can make this bread for less than a dollar a loaf instead of $5 for a quarter loaf at the grocery store.
