  I don’t think the CW has won the case. I think it’s caused MORE questions than answers! Is he even an “expert” am I the only one LOST???!!! Why Patrick EVER leave her alone with them???!!!

  I have watched your videos almost since the very beginning and love all your legal expertise to these cases, but today I have to say your best advice was to Hailey who is suffering a depressive episode and you so compassionately took the time to tell her things will get better and to reach for the joy whatever it is. Thank you for bringing such humanity and compassion into this dark hateful world. This is why so many people follow and love you.

  "A rash" Saathoff said she was afraid of when she didn't want to take Lamotrigine is Stevens-Johnson syndrome. How any physician, let alone a psychiatrist, can sit there and neglect to put that in context is repulsive to me. It says everything I need to know about him and the prosecutor, when he chose to downplay her fear like. It's a LIFE THREATENING condition that is fatal in 10% of the cases. It's the first and most important thing they tell you when you take Lamotrigine, if you develop a rash, stop the medicine immediately and seek medical care. It requires immediate admission to the ICU and burn unit! It does not only affect the skin, throat, mouth, eyes, genitalia etc, but also organs like the lungs, liver and kidneys. You're literally a burning wound inside out. My god, is he playing stupid or is he just empty inside? I can't believe it! They have no shame. I can't watch his testimony again after the live court because it made me so upset, so I'm sorry if it wasn't brought up here, but I want to mention it because it's just outrageous and wrong.

  Can’t be organized? Would’ve have been chaotic? Andrea Yates was frighteningly organized and systematic when she drown each child in a severe state of PPS then called the police herself. Did the good Dr. look at that case? She was found NGRI. Why would Lindsay’s have to be chaotic. BTW, Dr. Park Dietz is the very reason Yates got a retrial. He had given material false testimony in the first trial!

  I had a family member who had a psychotic break and had to be committed to a mental institution - once he was stabilized on medication he could not clearly remember what he had said and did during the psychotic break.  Some memories are clearer than others but when he tells me what he did it is clear to me that his recall of that time is flawed.  I think that all of LC's memories of what happened has to be evaluated through that lens and weighed accordingly.

  I think the last 2 witnesses were the worst. They are being paid to win points for the prosecution. I didn't buy what they were selling and I hope the jury didn't either. Yesterday, when he brought up the Catholic thing after the Prosecuter just did it the other day, blew his entire testimony for me. She can say all day long she didn't coach him, but I call BS  on that. He's being paid a lot of money to try to sell the crap the prosecuter is selling and he failed, in my opinion. The Commonwealth has NOT proven anything in my opinion. I watch a lot of trials, but this prosecuter is about the worst I've seen.
