  Fallout 3:<br><br>Clean water is worth its weight in gold and the only way to make it in any large amount is to find and use a wonder technology of the old world. A small war is fought over it.<br><br>Fallout 4:<br><br>Anybody can build industrial scale water purification devices, including a pre-war citizen with no background, much less training, in engineering. It&apos;s so simple that the biggest settlement has its clean water production run by a small child.

  The one thing I always hated is if you blow up Megaton, James accuses you of doing it. He has 0 evidence and when you tell him no he somehow knows you&apos;re lying. Imagine your parent seeing a horrific event and saying you did it, and actually believing it.<br><br>While Three Dog has a weak reason, he at least has some logic behind it. Weak logic, but logic.<br><br>Most people brush it off since you did do it, and it is the game reacting to your choices, but it feels so wrong.

  The fact that you can&apos;t tell Liam Neeson that the Overseer tried to kill you once you find him is beyond stupid. That should have been the obvious dialogue option!

  If you recall, The Hub in Fallout 1 was dominated by water merchants, who were generally loathed.

  The water beggars give a ridiculous amount of positive karma, this makes me think that they only exist to let the player get their karma back up after losing it, after all this is Bethesda where players aren&apos;t allowed to suffer serious consequences for anything they do, Morrowind is the last game they made where players were allowed to mess things up.

  The filthy blood soaked mattresses always make me cringe, why would they voluntarily sleep on them?, just fill a couple of knapsacks or potato sacks with hay.
