  So the prison let a serial rapist take EMT classes give him early parole then sent him to live in a college town where he took criminal justice classes??  and then raped a child and  was let on the loose to commit more crimes while awaiting trial? all these victims' families need to sue the parole boards, DAs and judges 🤬

  Poor Grover. 23 years and dying in prison is heartbreaking. This guy rapes molests gets college credits and repeats his crimes. "We won't know if he's reformed unless he's released." Is jawdropping.

  This one was a particularly tough watch. Infuriating how this guy would get light sentences and parole for heinous crimes, while doing even more vile things that weren't being linked to him.

  It’s so frustrating seeing “officials” and psychiatrists release predators time and time again to kill innocent and unknowing people. Sexual deviants and rapists can never be reformed.

  The amazing amount of photos you use of locations in the past and present, how you tie events to other national news (like the Son of Sam timeline) and the atmospheric images like the dog sitting alone under a streetlight at night give so much to your presentation.   It's hard to believe they allowed a felon to be an EMT. but then it's Illinois. My wife and I lived in Cape from 1978 to 1981 while we went to college at SEMO. We are from a nearby town, so we saw the news articles on the murders prior to us moving up there. it's interesting that people weren't connecting these murders at first, then there started to be talk something was going on. There was also a serial rapist around there about this time.
