I lived in Queens during that time what they fail to mention is, there was a blackout, the whole city went dark that's when it got real scary !!!! Any one that lived in NYC at the blackout in 1977 were in fear having this nut running round loose in the dark !!

I almost didin't watch this because I have seen so much coverage on this case over the decades. I was a young teen at the time these murders took place and of course this was a huge story. I am glad I did watch this, as you did an amazing job with this case. That said, your creepy letter-reading voice will give me nightmares, so thanks for that! Great on that dog walker for helping to crack the case.

The entire demon thing was a line of crap that Berkowitz told to the psych staff for his insanity plea. He even admitted to the FBI profilers who interviewed him.

Excellent doc. Nearly all others focus almost entirely on Berkowitz himself. But the real story was the victims, the city, how citizens felt, and how much it terrorized the city for so long, and how much of a horribly mystery it was for so long, which you captured well here.
