12:36 - Scariest part of the video for me because of the bird. I had a bird that sounded exactly like that outside my apartment for months on end that would sing in the nearby tree at midnight thru 0500 in the morning and I couldn't sleep. Massive bad reminders.

0:50 heard an evp say “heeyyy,” in a really grovelly voice. Another evp at 3:43; can’t make it out, tho. And at 3:54 a “hey,” then right after that, a “yeah, yeah.”

As he enters at 3:55 a long "HEYYY" evp is clearly heard and 3:59 a weird giggle!😱
After, at 4:56, he announced, "Yes I'm here.... Hello!" A faint GROWLING sound is heard!!! 😲 Goes back the third time, at 6:59, Clearly, a man's COUGH!!😳

The music in the background in clip number 2 is Tiny Tim's " Tip toe through the tulips"

that first one, where they are talking about something dragging equpment across the floor, loud enough to overpower his voice...he didnt run...he didnt react. It was the garage door he opened. It was closed, you hear the sound, its opened and he is stepping out it, he was just opening the door in that part.
