I make 85% of my rigs with mono. I always keep a few made with flouro in my tackle bag just because. You and I think the same. I’ve used a single drop made out of 30lb and a 3/0 or 4/0 hook for a few years now. <br><br>Always enjoy the videos. Keep em coming

Great rigs. They simply work for mostly everything in the surf. All I ever use other than shark setups here in <br>Padre Island,Texas.<br>Eazy, quick and effective.

Watching this video after my first surf fishing trip. I was annoyed that the hooks and hardware on a pre made pompano rig started to rust within 30min out in the water. So of course being a fabricator i made one of these boards from scrap delrin and titanium lol. My hooks may still rust but my peg board sure wont. Thanks for a clear video for beginners.
