Can NOT believe this masterpiece came out 40 years ago. Still holds up extremely well and still my favorite Friday. Met Thom Matthews once and he is legit such a chill dude and amazing to his fans.

Part 6 absolutely RULES!!!!!! 4 & 6 are the two best in the franchise in my opinion ... LOVE this film!

I had a conversation with Jason Lives director Tom Mcloughlin back in the day, really nice guy, got to ask him about Jason lives,. Story was he wanted to make a comedy but the studio was like how about you do this movie first, which was Friday 13th 6. He asked, can I make it funny? Studio heads were like go ahead, just don't make fun of Jason. Jason Lives does stand out as one of the best.

Jason came back a zombie and Freddy vs Jason made him Immortal. "whatever they do to you Jason. You can not die" This made him supernatural as well.
