  My dear lady: &nbsp;I live in the USA, New York, and am 71. &nbsp;You have my deepest admiration and respect. &nbsp;I especially love your breaking down how you prepare your meals for those of us who are just learning to eat like you do. &nbsp;Also I think were and are a beautiful woman.

  I&apos;m being reincarnated as a Japanese grandma. That little nap after lunch and then going to play on the swings 👌👌 peak life right there, no matter what your age! Never take yourself too seriously!!

  Im genuinely shocked at how great her appetite is for 93 years old. Ive never seen someone that elderly eat that much.

  Hello from the Niagara Region, Canada 🇨🇦 <br>I love watching Grandma’s daily routine. She is so sweet and living a healthy lifestyle. The vegetables from the garden look particularly delicious and I’m sure taste so much better because she’s grown them herself. This is a perfect example of living a good life. I’m 65 and can only dream about being as active as her. I’ve got some autoimmune disorders that interfere with my daily activities but I’m working on getting better starting with my diet so I can be as active as your beautiful Grandma. How peaceful ☺️

  At 93, she remains very active, indicating that when she was younger, she must have been equally busy and active, especially on the farm. She is also particular about healthy eating, which is a good habit.
