  That commercial with the Maye&apos;s about the spiral makes Greg&apos;s assessment of Maye right now feel even worse, ive never been so wrong on a guy if he cant play his way out, but this generation is fragile and I am concerned ever time he drops back, runs, hands the ball off etc, i know we all will be holding breath during the Buffalo game, it could break him.

  Once you accept last year HISTORICALLY BAD SCHEDULE was a THE REASON Maye looked as good as he did. <br><br>Then, this is just a bad stretch. <br><br>But if you really thought he was MVP because media decided to sold it... the you are panicking. <br><br>Not a great team around Maye. Expecting magic is unfair

  The whole shoulder situation makes me extremely uneasy about his future with this team.<br><br>I agree, I don’t think there’s any injury. If somebody is telling him to speak that way, they’re giving him horrible advice. Seems like it’s already causing a divide between him &amp; the staff. Just listening to Vrabel it sounds like he’s frustrated with Maye way beyond the shit play. Sounds like Vrabel thinks Maye is not a true leader &amp; that he’s soft. And it kinda seems like that’s true so far. <br><br>I always thought Drake was supposed to be a beast over the middle too. We heard that last year and years previous that his strong suit was over the middle.<br><br>I think back to that throw over the middle to pop that got him going in the Bengals game last season. Where is that confidence.

  Any condemnation to the &quot;pats offense&quot; to defend drake Maye needs to stop. Yes, we lost our #1 receiver to injury. But there is a difference between being a top 5 offense in the league and a good enough offense to win. The offense would have been good enough to win, or at least compete, in every game this year if not for the play of Drake Maye. He is taking points off the board for us and setting the other team up for points. The jacksonville game would have been extremely close late in the third quarter if not for his horrible play. Drake got an ego with his &quot;great&quot; season last year and wants to be Josh Allen. But he isn&apos;t. And so he will lose until he can play on script and intelligently rather than athletically. Frankly, if you aren&apos;t Josh Allen, you can&apos;t get by primarily on athleticism. You can even argue it doesn&apos;t work for him in big games. You HAVE to be smart. I am not saying we would have the best offense in the league, but it would be good enough to win if drake played smarter. Put your ego away DM

  Stop blaming anyone but the qb. He is dragging everyone down with him with his bad play. He sucks! How long is going to take for you to figure that out? The easy schedule gave you an overrated qb.

  Dead on. Maye doesn&apos;t throw with anticipation in the middle of the field. It doesn&apos;t help that the recievers don&apos;t run those routes well. Greg is dead on.

  Maye was the No 1 OR No 2 QB in 2025. In any relevant QB stats he was the best or second best outside of rushing TDs. Thru 17 games in 2025. He wasn&apos;t 10th/32 QBs &nbsp;he was second or best QB in the NFL. &nbsp;He is now the worst full time starter at QB since the Chargers playoff game Jan 11. 2026, He has been bad in all games since. &nbsp; The film backs up a quarterback whom has been horrible since January, and was near the best in 2025. <br>2025 Regular Season Passing Yards: 4,394 <br>Yards per Attempt: 8.9, 72% completion % <br>Touchdowns: 31 <br>Interceptions: 8 <br>Passer Rating: 113.5 &nbsp; &nbsp; <br><br>•2026 Playoff Totals &nbsp;completions / Attempts: 70 / 120 (58.3%)<br>• Passing Yards: 828<br>• Passing TDs: 6<br>• Interceptions: 4<br>• Passer Rating: 82.2 &nbsp;Drake Maye 2026 Regular season 63.8% &nbsp;completions , 1 touchdown, and 6 interceptions, 2 fumbles over his last 3 games of the 2026 NFL season.

  We need a new GM because our roster moves and drafts suck aside from 1st Rd that fall in their lap. Almost nobody else works out. It&apos;s gotten slightly better but they don&apos;t know how to approach depth at all

  How about the roster offensively isn&apos;t as good. I agree with the tough spots. However, the team doesn&apos;t even look well prepared. The receivers are a joke. I like hollins and pop but drake doesn&apos;t play well with smaller receivers. I don&apos;t think the offense we want to run caters to what Maye like to do. Timing routes with crap receivers and a huge pressure rate with a struggling run game is a tough spot for a young QB on the road

  Kayshon Boutte was the best playmaker in preseason and Drake Maye trusts him. &nbsp;The Pats should target him more......... Oh wait... Did we give him away for nothing in return to Houston? &nbsp;Who made that decision?
