You can tell Kathi and Jim really are in love with eachother and that is so sweet. They are active and they do it together. My mom was a widow at 42 and in her 60's, a mutual friend who was recently widowed asked my mom out and my mom felt awkward because they knew eachother for a long time and she knew his wife. But he said, you like to do this and that, so why can't we do it togeher? They have been togerher for more 10 yrs now and they are more active then all us kids in the family put together, lol. They hike all year round, they play golf in the summer, they play ping pong etc.

The tiny home is great because it fits their personality and it makes it even more beautiful. What a great idea of lowering the ceiling so you have more height in the loft above. I am cat lover (and dog too), too bad we did not see any of their cats.

Australia is also ridiculously expensive. We need to establish tiny home communities that give accommodation and hope.

All people should be able to live affordably.

Wow, what an adorable young at heart couple !!

I got energized just by watching you two. Your home is adorable it looks so lived in like a home should look, not sterile.

I love the office/craft room, kitchen. The outside I really like. I like the overall design of the home. I like the fact you can pretty much stand up in the office. I will look for your crafts on esty.

Continue to have fun and enjoy your lovely home.

Tfs

That co-op is sort of like an HOA, without the hassle. That’s a great law!

Very nice to see an active older couple! They have set up their tiny and its lot to really work for them. How fortunate that they were able to form a coop to purchase their mobile home park! I hope more groups are able to do this so that they are not held to ransom by people wanting to make quick money!

In Missouri you cannot find a place for a tiny house to be placed. It is so frustrating when your on a limited income like myself and can’t afford expensive rent or mortgage.
