  Wow, you gotta be the most underrated audio reviewer i've came across. Loads of info that many reviewers would skip or couldn't provide but you did it like a pro. Your detailed description of gear sound characteristics, music genre that do or don't do well with it, speaker pairing, comparison with competition, who it's for, etc. You covered just about everything that really matters for the buyer. Thumbs up to you my friend. i especially appreciate the amp pairing part because to me it's the most crucial and difficult since audio gears are too expensive and time consuming for doing trials and auditioning at home. Dealers don't always tell the truth so we are mostly on our own to search for answers. That's why i'm so impressed with your review. I also agree with your opinion on Vincent's aesthetic look, unlike so many other expensive amps from the market that looked so boxy and uninspiring, this SV237 has to be the best looking one other than the ones that come with VU meters. i really wish audio gears would look more like the classics from the 70's and 80's of Sansui, Naim, NAD, Creek, Arcam, Threshold, Cary Audio Design, etc. Which have shown better contour designs on their knobs and chassis. The SV237 reminds me of Luxman LV-105u which still looks unique in its own way til this day. Sorry for the long article. Look forward to more reviews from you. Cheers.

  Thank you for your take on these amps. I have an Atoll IN300.<br>Something you might do, if you are able, would be to pit the Vincent against one of the Advance Paris tube/solid state amps.

  I own a Luxman m03 and a budget tube preamp that powers triangle antal 40 speakers. Is the Vincent sv 237 a good option for a triangle or is it better to replace the preamp with a higher-end tube preamp? Which tube preamp model would go well with it? Thanks!
