  I think my favorite fact that I was awake for was older handheld Zelda devs calling bugs "tricks" which is honestly pretty accurate when you look at speedrunning today

  The fact that the higher ups, like Iwata, took a pay cut after failures is crazy to me.  I don't know how common that is even in Japan, but for all of it's many faults, Nintendo does some good things occasionally.

  This video really brought back the nostalgia. I remember the early leaks and all the speculation; refreshing pages, watching every rumor, and seeing the Switch being tracked by multiple sources like it was some kind of mystery to solve.<br><br>There was so much concept art too, just like with past Nintendo consoles. Some ideas felt way over-the-top, others actually believable, but that mix is what made the whole build-up so exciting. Honestly, that era was just as fun as the launch itself.
