The word itself scares a lot of people at the top ; managers or owners of businesses for various reasons. This speech shed light for those who wants to expand and grow, why and how to do it! Great points!

What I learn here are develop a goid culture inside our team, get rid of the donkey, overcommunicate with your team and be loyal with them

Thank you! So strange my first horse as a child was a thoroughbred! I named him Sundance. Been through some horses since I was a child. I now work for a Co~Op. how you described the donkey is how Is precisely how I feel I daily. I am using this theory on my boss tomorrow. I already know they respect me and my work ethic. But you have taught me a concept to relate to. I love you thank you. As I say this I’m meaning how I can describe the donkeys. It’s a much nicer way then I would describe them.
