  The window of enjoyment got narrower and narrower for me during the party for one's. Near the end of my drinking days, come about 11 o clock I remember looking in the mirror thinking 'what are you doing'. ..........Makes me shiver thinking about it.

  Even after the hangover has gone the days after or sometimes week later u can still be depressed or down from the drink

  I like the saying party for one, sounds much better than just drinking alone😂 mine started at 20 and used to love it. 8 years later its like the most toxic relationship imaginable. Completely not worth it and like you said it only leads in one direction. Glad to be going the opposite way now🙏

  Thanks for the upload.<br>My party for one started young at around 25, I became a manager really young and although I was good I really found the responsibility difficult when everyone I knew was out all the time.<br>This I think is when it started for me

  My party for one ended in my late 40s, nothing but evil in that now to me, vile liquid..

  Great video. I have been there many times having the party for one, to be honest it was most weekends. It’s strange how you convince yourself that it’s normal behaviour. I have watched so many films late at night over the years that I can barely remember. I’m now rewatching a lot of them….but sober 😊. Keep up the good work 👍.

  For a few years, my only enjoyment (or so it seemed) was a perfectly chilled bottle of Champagne in a pretty flute. Last week, &nbsp;I gave away all my crystal flutes, wine glasses and it felt great!!! A Party for One is really not healthy, it&apos;s similar to a pity party for one.

  It&apos;s my first day of Sobirity today,your videos are very encouraging,keep up the good work!On a Side note we want to visit Scotland sometime, I&apos;m from Bristol and I&apos;ve never been and my Greek wife really wants to visit, especially Aberdeen!
