I think that Rob and Ryan really chose well with Michael.

This is my favorite Wrexham podcast! I have such a warm place in my heart for Tozer and Foz and you guys get great guests with knowledge about the club. And this is from a 73-year-old US lady who discovered the joy of football from Ted Lasso and Wrexham.

I really like listening to Michael Williams speak. He seems to “get it,” and has the right approach. Spoke so heavily about future proofing the team, and that’s probably the most important thing he should be focusing on. Good listen.

These are GREAT! Love hearing from a wide range of people who actually know what’s going on. And the tone is just right. “Be curious, not judgmental.”

"It will take a few windows to be pushing for promotion". 3 months later we are 4 points clear in a playoff position. I love how even Michael must have moments of the team exceeding his expectations.

I can hear MW's brain ticking and throat swallowing when Foster asked him whether future-proofing means a future without Rob and Ryan. It's a delicate question that MW answered brilliantly.

Another brilliant video! Interesting to hear how Parky’s “no idiots” in the dressing room philosophy is extended to the staff recruitment. <br>I had a sharp intake of breath at the question asking if future proof meant preparing for Rob and Ryan not being there! 😅
