Cloud Goliath is even better than you said since it's teleport isn't actually a spell.
It can't be counter-spelled, and, as a non-spell, it doesn't get in the way if you want to cast a spell on your turn, and it also means it has no components that could get in your way should you be restrained or else give away your position. It also means it gives you a spell-like effect that even a Barbarian can use while Raging.

Orc has been the number one surprise in experience. The dash comes up in a surprising amount of builds and it’s been super in powerful. It’s about as strong as dwarf in my experience. It’s just there when you need it and movement is very nice

I think i generally agree on the top tiers except id include all the Goliaths and elves. As well as the gnome+the changeling

Goliath is the coolest race.
Adding cold and slow/prone to your multi attacks, multi-hit spells (like eldritch blast or spells that hit at the start of someone's turn), or aoe spells/cleave attacks (vitriolic sphere slowing multiple targets, or a Hunter Ranger going Horde Breaker, or any martial with a battleaxe) gives you a lot of cc value. Imagine proning people hit by your Hunger of Hadar. You're guaranteeing both the acid and cold damage. At that point, Repelling Blast is a luxury.

8:03 it's Beastboy. You're green with yellow eyes, so you're Beastboy from teen titans

Lorwyn Changeling's reaction can be great with precast Spirit Guardian and similar spells

Tieflings being outclassed just make sense. The species feels purely for roleplay purposes and ultimately is outclassed. Yes, having Fire Bolt, Chill Touch and Poision Spray is useful for casters that want more utility cantrips (or don't want to have to use their melee attacks in the case of Chill Touch, but there's better cantrips for melee)... Ultimately, Tieflings will always be get picked. Who doesn't wanna roleplay as a demon? A shame they don't get anything worthwhile like a natural weapon in their tail or the ability to gain a fly speed.

genuinely such a fan of this format! i love the nuance possible with this sort of ranking system, its far more intuitive and gets way more information across than a standard lettered-tierlist. hoping to see more like it in the future, keep up the good work!

This is another example of whiteboard maths from Twig:

Yes, only 20% of the monsters have abilities that call for Wisdom saving throws. However, in dungeons and dragons, you do not play encounters with a random selections of the monster manual with a 20% chance to encounter monsters that call for wisdom saves.

The monsters that do call for wisdom saves ten to be support minions; debuffers, and bosses. Many, many, many encounters in the game REGARDLESS of level of setting will use these three archetypes of monster.

Furthermore, you can make the subjective case (which I would) that while DEX saves are more common, they are less debilitating as they are typically just breath weapons and traps than turn-removing or aggro-debuffs like WIS

FWIW the orc can bonus action dash PB on a short rest, not long rest recharge

I would give the orc a little bit more love for their adrenaline rush being a short rest feature giving you some THP. On a class without much bonus action use, it's on demand 2-6 THP 2-6 times per short rest. The double PB scaling is a bit awkward, but it generally will outscale the dwarf's temporary HP. So add relentless endurance on top of this, and you got a supremely durable race. But only if you can afford giving up your bonus action for it.
