  I don&apos;t understand why he thought I wouldn&apos;t leave him. I was clearly comfortable with being single when he came back around to bother me. But he didn&apos;t take it seriously until after I ended the grace period and started talking to the men who had been patiently waiting for me to be available. All of a sudden he &quot;values&quot; me 🙄. He just fears competition and the loss of convenience. He didn&apos;t care that I was dying from stress and begging for relief. But I looked back to the beginning and saw where I was psychologically weak from being in survival mode. Not really something that was in my control at the time. But I won&apos;t be in that position ever again if I have any power.

  This is so true I’ve naturally learnt to detach from men emotionally over the years as time goes on as to avoid being overly invested and loosing myself and for some strange reason they seem to want me even more when I don’t care. They suddenly pour out there heart to me and pursue me relentlessly. But when you care or care too much they mostly don’t. It’s a fascinating dynamic with men and humans in general we seemingly never want people who truly want us but rather people who offer thrill. The psychology is enthralling. Mystery is a magnet .

  ….after they behaved like a decorative houseplant for 8 months!! Genius 😂 Thank you for the info. It feels like confirmation for me, after working on myself to become emotionally grounded in general. It works in such a natural way because we look out for ourselves while still caring for him.

  I don’t know why people don’t understand that emotions are fleeting and never in balance with life, as life and circumstances create constant change and evolution????<br><br>I am always open to everything and never attached to anything.
