This was a completely new performance for me.

For those familiar with M.P. Thompson, what other song or live performance would you recommend I hear next?

I'd also be interested in hearing what this particular performance means to longtime fans and what makes this song special to you.

Thanks for the recommendation and for joining me on another musical discovery.

Fun fact about this concert.

This stage is 40 meters high and 120 meters wide. It took more than 35 days to build.
It might look small on the screen, but now imagine the scale of this venue when a stage of that size looks like that.
The concert venue measures 800m x 400m. Plus the crowd outside the racecourse along the Sava embankment where no ticket was required.
The sound reached the people at the very back of the racecourse 2 seconds later.

Data from three Croatian telecom operators indicates there were over 580,000 mobile phones logged in.

The production company behind this concert was also responsible for the opening ceremony of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Three world records in production were broken:
1. The highest number of speaker boxes set up 932 units in total.
2. 40 delay towers for LED screens and speakers.
3. The highest number of tickets sold for a single concert 504 027.

It was magnificen in Vukovar. After setting a world record with Thompson's concert in Zagreb at the Hippodrome, this new one in Vukovar had a special historical symbolic meaning for us in Croatia. Check out the drone show footage from the latest Thompson's concert in Vukovar.
