Starting from zero, he’d be a millionaire within six months by buying a shopping mall, without his contacts? Without any leverage? Without his reputation? Gonna be hard for somebody who has nothing to create that momentum.

I’ve followed Ken for a few years now. He’s a no BS guy. I’m at 40 units right now self managing etc…<br>I tell everyone. Get a duplex/tri or a quad. Everyone should have one. <br>As long as you don’t hire a prop mg and do the leasing, cut the grass…<br>You can use up to 25K “paper loss” to offset your w2 income. And….<br>Your loan gets paid down by others. <br>And…it unlocks MANY other write offs because having just 1 rental, you’re a small business <br>And it appreciates every year. <br>10 years ago a quadplex $265K. <br>Today it’s valued at 750K and there’s only 100K on the loan that’s left.

“What’s the easiest way??” Sometimes there is no easy way. You have to get in and grind. There is nothing easy about what Ken did. He makes it look easy. There are very few men who are willing to put in the work that Ken has done.
