  Thank you so much for being one of the only content creators who actually got what this game is meant to be, you hit the nail on the head to say the least. Quite a bit of the dev team has been just like waiting for you to release a video on it (I know I have) and it was even better than I expected. Also don't worry too much about the Mario Maker comparison, we have a lot planned for the main game in the future (1.1 was actually just to fix up some issues and improve the level editor actually), so stay tuned for that.

  Something to note is that projects like Super Mario Bros X, Mario Flash, Mario Construct, etc. have been around for years now. I don&apos;t think Nintendo is gonna go after a level editor unless it blatantly rips off Mario Maker&apos;s specific brand of mixing object mechanics.<br><br>Also Mario 64 PC had a lot of the early exes that would package in all the game data taken down pretty instantly. The ones that asked you to provide your own stayed up. It shows that Nintendo is aware of projects like these but doesn&apos;t seem to go after the ones that ask for a legal copy.<br><br>Nintendo can be cruel but there&apos;s a method to the madness. I think SMB1R have insulated themselves decently. Not a legal expert tho.

  It is really the definition of peak Super Mario Bros 1 - it is still familiar but fun. It also is very legal, good video.

  This was a surprise to see in the notification feed. I work on this game and i have been watching your content for many years (i think around 2020 or 2019, not too sure) so this was super cool to see, glad you enjoyed it ❤

This used to be a downloadable mod off of Game Banana, but now its implemented into the proper settings

I barely see mods that uses it and that&apos;s kind of a shame since it&apos;s my favorite way to make mods for this amazing remake of the game
