I literally founded a student owned company during college, that did exactly this, but a more wholesome version. Our team was hired at college parties to take care of drunk students that were thowing up and crying, taking them to a safe, well ventilated and calm area, offering them a bucket to throw up into, some desinfectant and tissues to clean themselves, a lot of water to drink, something light to eat, etc. It was very challenging, sometimes we got people having emotional crisis ou getting violent. But it was great to prevent sexual harasment of young girls that got a little too wasted at a party (the team was all girls and lgbt people)

  as someone who worked as tailor at a bridal store i feel like the real zillas are the moms of the brides/grooms. &quot;you shouldnt have gotten a tan&quot; &quot;that makes you look fat&quot; &quot;i liked the other one&quot; &quot;i liked it the other way&quot; &quot;you look awful in that color&quot; &quot;THAT WASNT ON THE DRESS BEFORE&quot;(it was) &quot;i was told alterations would be free!!&quot; (???), yanking at the dress mid fitting, snapping at the seamstresses over stuff we cant control. meanwhile the bride is just sitting there chilling.

  the way the internet reacts to any video of a woman proposing to a man with vile vile hatred, even though the couple are obviously really excited to be engaged and share this news pisses me off everytime. why cant you just be happy for them

  My parents didnt have much money when they got married in 2009. They got married in their backyard, under a tent because it was raining, but it was still all they could ever want because they love eachother. Her dress was not some giant ball gown, it was a short white sundress, because thats what she could afford. 17 years later, their marriage is very strong and healthy, and they didnt even have an elaborate wedding, or a traditional wedding at all.
