  I have to admit that I have no love for Grace as a character, but I was happy to see that Tommy could smile truly. And he only did when she was with him. After her, Tommy never smiled truly again. Not once.

I hate the writers for letting Grace die, after all they deserves way better. At least more than just 2 episodes! They fooking gave us just 2 episodes man :( &nbsp;we and grace deserves better. I feel so bad coz after her death, Tommy wasnt the same anymore :/

  Peaky Blinders is not typically known as a series centered around love. However, within the world of crime and anguish, there exists the undying love of the formidable Thomas Shelby for a special woman: Grace Helen Burgess. Tommy fell in love with Grace the moment she rose from her seat and asked, &quot;Happy or sad?&quot; to which he replied, &quot;Sad. But I warn you, it&apos;ll break your heart.&quot; <br> <br>Even years after Grace&apos;s passing, Tommy still dreams of that moment—a version of &quot;Happy or sad&quot; that is uniquely his. When Grace was alive, Tommy loved, and respected her. Even in his moments near death, Grace remained in his mind and in his whispered words: &quot;Oh and there is a woman. A woman who I love and got close.&quot; <br> <br>Throughout his life, Tommy never loved anyone quite like he loved Grace—the beautiful, elegant, intelligent, mysterious, and imperfect waitress. Tommy may have respected May, and slept with women like Lizzie or Russian princess Tatiana, but none could replace Grace.
