So, if you buy everything, you'll be adding probably 30 lbs to an already heavy motorcycle. It's only a 600cc motorcycle, you'll be lucky to reach 55 mph.

Det bliver da ikke en bedre motorcykel af at få skruet alt det gejl på. Det skæmmer en ellers pæn motorcykel

Dès ma première visite des 500km, j'ai fait monter une transmission par courroie. Un vrai plaisir ! ✌

I really like this video, thank you. I have the chrome/black 650 Classic, to which I have added a black chain guard (as you demonstrate), a black leather tool bag off the front headlamp (I do not want to add panniers/bags), six plastic chrome button caps on top of the open-heads of the allen key bolts on and around the dash (REALLY makes a lovely difference), CTEK battery tender, soft leather key pouch to keep all of my sharp keys safely away from the paint work, a clear plastic protection patch on the tank top (because the keys stay in the fuel cap when you open it, so there is a great chance of scratching the lovely tank, Speedo Angels on the three instruments (clear protective covers) and grip puppies on the handlebars (helps to manage the vibration at some higher speeds). I am seriously considering the sump guard. Again, cheers for the ideas - great stuff!

If I had a choice between a new Classic 650 or a used T100 I would definitely go for the Triumph. The Enfield is an old clunker, too heavy and slow. The example I test rode felt awful at A-road/dual carriageway speeds because of the horribly buzzy vibration. It felt like a bag of nails and the gearbox was chronically bad. Even my Classic 350 felt smoother than that. Enfield's are cheap for a reason and not necessarily in a good way.

My favourite accessory would have been to replace the rear fender with a much deeper one to reduce the gap.

Hi jack. Really enjoy your channel and the no nonsense approach you have reviewing the good bad and everything in between with regard to royal Enfield. I don’t own an Enfield although have ridden one (interceptor) and thoroughly enjoyed it, aesthetically also very pleasing. Don’t get me wrong, I have seen welds on them which don’t look as good as my 2004 tiger from triumph, but they are moving in the right direction (just my opinion). The reason I am commenting is that there is a YouTube person who historically promoted royal Enfield in a similar way you do. But of recent this persons opinion has changed completely 180 it feels. Having ridden and owned a royal Enfield, it would be very very interesting to hear your unbiased comparable findings of your experiences with Royal Enfield. The you tube person I speak of is Stuart filingham.

"In India, my dad had an Enfield (then the Indian company was not allowed to use the word "Royal")! <br>The engine used to leak, but it had a road presence, and the thumper sounded and felt great!"
