  I can’t believe that you talked over the Handel piece. We Americans never stop talking. I prefer the BBC, as they know when to speak and when silence is appropriate.

  Strahan should have been coached when to talk and when not to talk or ask opinions from others while during essential parts of the ceremony. He is so used to his regular tv host shows where he talks all the time. It was disrespectful on his part.

  Why the media think they should talk over state occasions is past my comprehension. You are beyond rude. You couldn't keep your mouths shut during the Queen's funeral and then during the Coronation. We have eyes and ears and do not need your running commentary as if we were idiots and have to have everything explained to us. As far as the Coronation goes, I was actually disappointed. I had watched the Queen's Coronation on YouTube and the pageantry was like a step back in time. The Queen was absolutely stunning. After the Queen was crowned all the royals donned their crowns and tiaras. There are times when tradition is worth the effort. They could still keep costs down by reusing former kings and queens regalia as they did today. Just have a little more pomp and circumstance. I'm 71 and wasn't sure I would even live to see one as I was only 1 when the Queen was crowned. Even my 12-year-old grandson was disappointed. As for our First Lady, she was embarrassingly dowdy. Dress didn't fit right. Matching accessories and a bow in her hair? Wish she had at least a little class.

  I can&apos;t believe the commentators talked over the Bishop of Canterbury during the ceremony! &nbsp;So rude and inappropriate.

  You people talked through too much of the coronation ceremony. &nbsp;Thank God I watched the coronation on the BBC and Royal Channel.

  I find it rather tabloid-style broadcasting that they talk about the great tradition of the music while talking over the beautiful music and other garbage they’re spouting. The BBC was such a graceful and respectful delivery in accordance with such a rare and ancient occasion.
