  There’s something so melancholy about the fact that the theme for what is presumably the final Forgotten Man room doesn’t even seem to contain the Man’s leitmotif. It’s like we’ve reached the point where he can’t even remember himself anymore.

  i love that you can so clearly hear the pedaling. it’s not meant to be heard necessarily but it’s like a singer’s breath - it gives such real tangible life to it in an environment where everything is SO synthetic and simulated.

  I like how the final theme is a mish mash of leitmotifs of pretty much all the songs in deltarune, The forgotten man was forgotten even by the soundtrack.

  That flourish at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmFGidZgrmc&amp;t=142">2:22</a> where the ingame version starts just hits hard and so well, it really makes your final meeting with forgotten so surprising and special.

  For anyone wondering, the original track is actually faster. This and the in-game version are around 25% slower (75% speed) than the original I think

  all this piano talk in the comments made me realise that both the holiday house and the hospital have pianos, and with all the foreshadowing of kris losing their hand, the game’s gonna break my heart when they realise they can’t play anymore

  Something i like about this track is how, despite it being a sort of mashup between multiple different songs on the game, it never fully really manages to play out a complete Don&apos;t Forget segment, always being cut off by a different track. <br>Because this is the last time we&apos;ll see him. <br>Because you forgot. Because he will forget himself. But at least, he won&apos;t forget your kindness.
