Superman wears trunks on the outside cuz he’s absolutely packing, it showed through his skin tight suit, and Ma Kent was having none of that so she had him wear trunks to help cover it. He’s called Superman for a reason, every part about him is super. Can’t have the man of steel be called that when he’s not even hard, just literally and figuratively damn near streaking across the sky without those undees. You cannot convince me otherwise, Corenswet can say what he wants, Gunn can canonize attempting to look the least intimidating idea all he wants, and DC can come up with whatever bs they want but I know the truth. That’s the real reason Lex is so jealous of him and hates him so much and why Superman is the only man to have Lobo’s respect. His strokes are as strong as a locomotive and he can dwarf a building with a single whip of his steel beam but unfortunately he’s as quick as a speeding bullet
