Isn’t getting benched part of football at any position?

Coach Prime is trying to protest JuJu more than challenge him.

Coach Prime said that he's not looking for leadership at that position specifically for Juju. Has nothing to do with Wilson. So his message isn't confusing at all. You are just making it messy. He even told Wilson that he doesn't need him to be the man but he respects his leadership but don't need it. He just needs him to distribute the ball

Juju is used to driving a Ferrari style Offense and CU needs him to drive a NASCAR. He’s used to playing with elite talent all around him

Arch Manning looks utterly unplayable at Texas, yet his head coach still serves as his personal shield while the rest of the world tears him apart.
Meanwhile, Deion Sanders continues to expose himself as a self-absorbed fraud who views his entire roster as disposable collateral for his personal brand. Players and assistant coaches alike have been systematically scapegoated and discarded just to mask his blatant coaching malpractice, all shielded behind manufactured cultural optics to deflect accountability from a program built entirely on ego rather than substance.

El Debarge Lewis is who we thought he was. He was all hype.

This is the second year in a row. Where Deions QB played terrible after a bad loss. Kadion Salter was replaced in November after 52-17 loss to Arizona. Julian Lewis started the next game. If Ju Ju wasn’t ready this year to be QB at Colorado. Then why put him in the game when you knew he isn’t a leader. Is the problem the Coaching or the players…..

Prime has been the same since day one.... he wanted the players he brings in to be a leader and starter no matter what classification. The players have to want it and show it bc Prime feels the pressure to win now and yesterday. JuJu was Prime's pick, OC chose the Antioch Tn QB. Hopefully they are still in place next year to see the gogo in full operation, bc JuJu is in over his head in this offense with his style of QB play

Coach prime being the man of faith that he is, is speaking faithfully that Juju will step up. He's trying to speak life into Juju, and now he has realized that leadership is not in Juju. It is not there at least at the moment. Remember had Juju, not reclassified. This would be his first year in college. So Juju has a lot more maturing to do.

None of this quote on quote leadership Coach Prime is describing matters if the coaches fail to adequately prepare the players to win games. Everyone has a responsibility the players aren’t the only ones who need to be held accountable.

Juju was never growing in leadership. Last year, football season presented no real pressure for Juju. All the pressure was on kaiden, so it was easy for Juju. To come in and be more talkative, but this year it's all on him. I believe he never had to step up and be that leader, be that talkative. When he was in high school and he's trying to carry that over into college. And it will never work in pros, so he's gonna have to change his whole mindset, and the way he approaches the game. If he plans on even being thought of as a person that can get picked for NFL team and transferring to another college. Isn't going to make it any better for him unless he goes down to juco

I’m saying the same thing, can this light a fire under him to play better and harder for his team, or is the door open🚪for the portal
