  I am eternally grateful for this channel. The knowledge shared opened my eyes to get out of a very toxic 10 year "relationship" with a narcissist. I am now in the best relationship I've ever had ❤️

  I’ve been out for almost a year. I was with him for almost 8 years. What he loved about me in then beginning, he ended up hated. I realized I reminded him of his mother. The little boy in him hadn’t forgiven him for past trauma, so that’s who I was fighting with. I’ve been healing and staying strong. Never return to the same snake that bit you again. I removed myself from the toxic situation and closed the triangle up, left him to the new supply he was cheating on me with. I wish them well. I’m glad I’m out

  Your videos helped me finally see that my relationship was never going to get better. For six years, I endured physical, verbal, emotional, mental, and financial abuse, along with cheating and betrayal. I kept forgiving, hoping, and accepting more than I ever should have.<br>I finally chose myself and took the first step toward protecting my safety and taking my life back. Now he’s telling his version of the story to protect his public image and make me look like the problem. But I no longer need to defend my truth to people who weren’t there to live it. I still have mixed emotions, but I know this: I survived many years of losing myself, and now I’m choosing me. I’m taking back my peace, my safety, my voice, and my life. I may still be healing, but I will never again abandon myself just to keep someone else comfortable. This time, I choose me. ❤️

  Congratulations on 9 years it is very big for NPD people to be able to accept just like I&apos;m a recovering addict to accept the fact that there&apos;s something there that needs to be maybe worked on a lot of them can&apos;t deal with that I&apos;m very proud of you God bless you

  They use our kindness against us, so I stopped being kind to them. They&apos;re not deserving of my time or life. I divorced mine and blocked him, these people are not sane and only pretend to care.
