Having just finished my LS swap, I can attest to Holley having everything you need, however; you can find almost anything they sell half price elswhere. One example is Bosch O2 sensor 66$ vs 150$ from Holley, Oil pan and sensors the same. Shop around and do your due diligence.

The most important thing is to change the o-ring on the oil pump pickup tube. That causes low oil pressure in the LS engines.
