Melvin needs to grow up and listen to his wife . Not only would I get a new house but I would make sure he was the other side of the door when I moved in

Would love to know where Tracey and Melvin are now. She had three kids not two. Melvin was next to useless in every way.

Yep, not a fan of Melvin. When she said 'well we've got each other' there was zero response. Leave him, its like dragging around a bag of bricks. Cut him lose. What an awful man

What a shame to see this everywhere.

This was shot back in 2009 ish. Feels like nothing has changed. The biggest change me can make is educating people on finances. Agreeing to predatory loans, not knowing how to budget, having children without considering how you will support them, etc. the cycle will continue.

Sad to see these helpless people just trying to get by in the world 😢

I know just how the first couple feel. I got sick and couldn't work so we kept the house and rentals going with credit cards. Luckily my health improved and we were young enough to start again. For a year we had to rent. A new experience. We now own our own home and a rental again. So starting over can work in some situations.
