  this made me realize i need an Anthony Bourdain style show where you visit major cities across the globe and show us their yarn shops and fiber craft culture. this video was amazing!

  Hello from California! I am so happy that your video came across my feed. I was in Japan with my son two years ago and we made it a point to visit the Walnut Tokyo shop. Imagine my disappointment when the owner opened the door and told me they had closed half an hour earlier. She must’ve seen my sadness in my face… She invited me in and took me on a tour. Of course I purchased some absolute gorgeous yarn and a crochet hook and some knitting &nbsp;needles. Her kindness was a huge part of my wanting to return again to Japan soon! I loved the tour of all of the different stores in Tokyo!<br><br>I hope you are continuing your knitting journey… I have been knitting for a year and a half, and have made two summer tops, a winter sweater, scarves and hats. Once you get the tension and the muscle memory down, it is so much fun.

  You are so delightful and beautiful, Rina. I have been knitting and crocheting for 8 years now and I am sure you’ll love it. Those yarn stores are awesome.
