Poor Anakin, just freed from slavery and is on a new plant, only to get kidnapped 15 seconds later. And poor Qui Gon, my dude is thinking hell ya, I get another Padawan to train and it's the chocen one, looks away for 2 second and poof gone.

Honestly I think this fits perfectly with Darth Plagueis’ personality, same with Anakin’s. Plagueis may be a sith, but from what I know he didn’t enjoy senseless slaughter like most Sith would. So unlike Sidious who would want an empire, he would want a sect of force users, or a master and apprentice duo who will rule in the shadows forever. He just wanted to kill all Jedi like all Sith. So not sure if it is just me, but I think this is pretty close to what would have happened if Plagueis trained Anakin.

Please do a what IF Anakin Skywalker, turned silent.

The main premise here is that Anakin suffered from an intense PTSD following a mission that failed.

In this situation, during a failed mission forced upon him by the jedi council which resulted in major clone and jedi deaths, he ended up turning to a complete silent treatment toward the jedi order and upper ranked government individuals.

I can't really think of a mission that could apply here, but lets perhaps make it relate to major deaths during the battle on Umbara.

You could have Anakins silent treatment be due to intense trauma and distrust in the jedi formed through major incorrect decisions that he had to make.

The incorrect decisions would lead to the deaths of over 100 clones and 5 jedi knights 2 masters, with the deaths all happening right in front of Anakin, further emphasising his failure.

In this scenario, the only people he talks to are Padmé, Ahsoka and Rex. But even those conversations only occur when he is alone with said individuals.

He doesn’t even speak to Palpatine in this scenario, as he's lost trust in him as well due to his high status in governance and the war.

This could be a terrifying scenario since the usually loud and rebellious man, is now just silent. Yet trains to become better.

Anakin throughout this situation delves into reaching his full potential because his mind can no longer handle his environment, so he looks for a way to gain control of his inner self.

A potential plot point could be Qui Gons ghost guiding him, or perhaps guiding Obi Wan towards the right path.

He's even silent with the younglings.

We're talking a silence where the council would summon him and he never speaks. He nods or shakes his head. Thats all. No explanations on actions, nothing.

But even with this, the council still sends him out because he's too important in the war.

Delving into the psychology with the likes of Obi Wan here would be cool as well. Obi Wan potentially loses himself slightly here as his own apprentice has become a shell and refuses to speak to him.

The interesting part here is that Anakin doesnt turn to the dark side at all here because his trauma has made him impossible to influence in any direction.

He's basically a shell of a man.

Key areas such as Padmé becoming pregnant do occur, but the nightmares don't affect Anakin because his mind is completely clouded by trauma.

With Palpatine no longer having access to Anakin, he becomes desperate. I'm not sure what decisions he could make here, but I imagine a palpatine with no access to anakin tries to force a response through stupid ways.

The ending of the story would eventually become happy with Obi Wan eventually becoming key to saving Anakin from his own mind.

Anakin gets his happy ending with Padme and Ahsoka being the cool aunt to the twins.

I mean didn’t Plagueis have a vision of Darth Vader when he saw Anakin Skywalker on Coruscant?
