  Maybe Nazeem is the one with the affair, “going to Dragonreach” just to pass by and see that guy, and his wife just hangs around the place in an effort to catch him lol

  The first one is interesting, but I have another theory. The Priests of Kynareth are supposed to be healers, right? So suppose Nazeem and Ahlam had lived together at Wintersand Manor and had a child. The child gets deathly ill and they ask one of the priests of Kynareth to try and save the child. Acolyte Jensen tries his best. He is at their house round the clock, Ahlam even gives him a key, so that he can check in on the child at any time. Despite Jensen&apos;s best efforts the child dies. This might account for some of Nazeem&apos;s bitterness and Ahlam&apos;s distance.
