Always amazes me how the death penalty was given in 1970 and shortly after it is abolished. Ten years is average time on death row and about the time Tex should have been electrocuted he is instead getting married in prison and with special arranged visits gets to father children. Shortly after we are talking about parole. I mean how can a system be so messed up?

chucky's name comes up in all directions, even the motor cycle club members testified against him. manson has openly admitted that was his ranch and he was the rule maker, yet he maintained his innocence.
