The idea that they let the killers sit together and walk and talk to one another was so damn stupid. Thank God that is no longer allowed today in court rooms that I know of.

I was a little girl in the uk when these horrific crimes happened, and they have stayed with me ever since. My mother was so upset about Sharon Tate and since then i have watched many programmes about The Manson Family. RIP to all the innocent people.

I grew up in Los Angeles and was 11 years old when this happened. We lived about 15 miles from the crime scene. I was terrified. I remember Susan Atkins yelling to a television reporter, "We're coming for your children next". I could go on and on. So tragic. On a side note, Thank you Sara Sidner for covering this terrible story. I just love you.

I have two problems with this video: There was no mention of Steven Parent, the young man who had spent the evening visiting the Tate's groundskeeper and was the first of the murder victims. He was in his car and pleaded with Tex Watson and said he wouldn't say anything. Then they shot him anyway. This program never said a word about this poor young man..<br><br>Then there was the part where Sharon Tate's father having to clean up his slaughtered daughter's blood. How could anyone expect him to do that?

I wish they wouldn't gloss over the other victims besides Sharon--they didn't even mention Steven Parent's name. Those other people's lives were precious to their families; they had hopes and dreams too.
