This is a cultural reset. I hope there will be more Filipinos who will study in CIA. Hopefully, this video will be a big help to everyone who is eager to learn the English language. (Not to mention he's quite the catch 🤭)

Filipinos are taught English from kinder to college. However, majority of them are not fluent in english because they don't use the language in day to day conversation.
