I happened to catch a YouTube video of a Harley-Davidson Panhead engine coupled with a VW transmission in a VW body; it looked and sounded way cool.

I work in a fiberglass factory. We make fan shrouds for cooling fans that factories use. The finishing detail crew would have that body in shape and gel coated in an hour. But, they do that kind of work ten hours a day. Best of luck.👍🏻

Could you have used the model railroad plaster for scenery, it’s a cloth embedded with plaster? Your material is most likely better of course, but I’m just asking
