Pretty much every country has its own different bread in EU, you can't cumpere the souerness of german sauerteig-brot with roumanian bread and french baguette

The Czech bread roll with poppy seeds is called "loupák". It is slightly sweet. Very often children will get it for breakfast with butter and chocolate milk (milk with granko). It goes very well together exactly because the roll is not too sweet on its own.<br>We have a lot of pastries with poppy seeds.

The woman at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhvmftUkmxc&t=1380">23:00</a> saying she can eat European bread even though she's gluten intolerant, isn't gluten intolerant. Great bread will still have all the gluten because it is one of the proteins in the flour and determines the structure of the loaf.

The US girl that was keep saying i am in heaven make me so sad . For us in EU its just bread normal bread and for her it was like eating real food for the first time in her life .
