I've been in golf 50 years this August and an instructor 36 years.  This may be the best half hour of information I've ever heard.

Just revisited this and what a gem of a video. So much insightful information here, the man really knows his stuff! Cheers

The legendary Mac O'Grady told me in 2006 that Rock had the best swing on tour.  It might still be the most pleasing to the eye.

Finally, someone that knows what they're talking about.  You need to interview this guy again.  I'd love to hear him talk more about the downswing and possible checkpoints.

I played in a mini tour event with Robert at Northrop hall ( north Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿) just before he got his tour card , and he played fantastic and his swing has hardly changed ⛳️⛳️👍👍quality player

Great, informative, and highly usefull content. I have just ordered the slider, but before it arrives I can already feel and see the benefits of keeping my left arm straight while feeling the right arm attached to my body. Much cleaner ball contact, much better results ... I have also, after advise from my pga pro, changed my grip, and to help with that added a grip designed for that to an old 46 degrees wedge. Suddenly winter training and play is a whole lot more fun. Now there is something to work on, which hopefully will give me more fun on the golfcourse in years to come. Thank You so much 🙂

This was absolutely amazing, i've been golfing 3 years and i didn't know something as basic as, depending on how bent your right arm is, it affects you straightening your left arm in the takeaway... thank you Robert.

That was indeed fascinating stuff!! That was a great interview by a great interviewer, clarity when needed but mostly gave Rock the time to explain a lifetime of pure pursuit.

This is great.  I have a blood and bone cancer where most of the tumours are in my hips spine and shoulders, anything that helps my swing be more functional only helps.  I got the TRS SLIDER today and wow what a great piece of kit.  Just started following Robert Rock that swing is something to die for.   👏 Thank you
