  It turns out Great. You said your welds dont look good. Try this: increase the voltage on the welder just a little and Instead of just weld a dot,  try to do a little longer weld. About 2-3 mm. The weld will sink in little more and will be less of grinding. Practise make knowledge. Sorry for some bad english. Greetings from sweden. 😊

  Brilliantly finessed welding work on those windscreen sills. I know how time consuming those areas can be. Good idea using the finger sander in those tricky knooky areas too! Well impressed! Greetings from Melbourne Aus

  Fascinating to watch rust repair. I am restoring a 1993 Toyota MR2 with zero rust, so all my work is mechanical and cosmetic in nature. Just lucky!

  I found with working on cars like this that I ended up spending a lot of time undoing other people&apos;s crap work. It&apos;s why if I ever get another project car, I&apos;d go for something that hadn&apos;t been messed with already (if possible).
