  I just bought a 2021 and I found your review spot on. I've spent decades riding Harleys and the Royal Enfield is obviously quite a bit lighter, smaller and slower, but that is exactly what I want going into my "golden years." I was really turned on by the vintage look from the '60s or '70s and it is a blast to ride. I will definitely be adding some aftermarket parts such as bar end mirrors, 2/1 exhaust, and wider tracker handlebars to start with.

  I recently bought a 22 model Interceptor as pictured in the video with 1800km on it for $7000 with a Givi screen and a rear rack.<br><br>Travelling longish distances on B &amp; &nbsp;C roads in SE NSW I needed to improve the comfort. IKON provided new shocks and fork springs for under $1000. I bought a dual density &nbsp;touring seat, Michelin Touring Classic tyres and some new EBC brake pads. Comfort, braking and handling fixed.<br><br>I&apos;m looking at a Verex full 2 into 2 system and a USB port.<br><br>A great bike around town and good for touring albeit with only a 250km range.<br><br>I have owned an R80, two Guzzi V7s, an MT09 tracer and a CB500X in recent years for comparison. <br><br>Very happy with the Interceptor and I&apos;m enjoying the home maintenance.

  I truly can&apos;t understand the I look to big on this bike. If you are comfortable and enjoy the ride it gives you forget how you look on it and just ride

  Thanks for the excellent review. &nbsp;I also have the Mk 2 (2023) and love it. &nbsp;I live in the UK. &nbsp;I&apos;ve made a couple of mods - TEC bike parts 2 into 1 exhaust, a more free flow air filter, bar end mirrors, adjustable levers and a touring saddle. I think that&apos;s all I&apos;ll ever change.

  A good summary! I own two Euro 4 Interceptor 650s and I am a big fan. They are somewhat modified and I have the weight down to just over 200kg.

  I really love the INT 650. The stock seat only works for shorter rides on my backside. Changed up to the comfort touring seat and it really made a huge difference.
