You Just Bought a Speedlight — Now What? | LIVE with Gavin Hoey

A speedlight is the perfect place to start your portrait photography with flash journey, but once you own a speedlight where do you go next? Should you stick to on camera flash techniques or is off camera flash the way to go? If so, what should your next purchase be? Umbrella, softbox or something else? These any many more questions will be the topic for debate and demonstration with photographer Gavin Hoey as your guide in this hour long live portrait lighting session. Working in his small home studio Gavin help you not only see the potential of the little light in your hands, but also share some exciting speedlight lighting ideas you can recreate on your next home portrait session. Gavin will be joined by Fern as his model, Sam on the chat and Freya on the super switcher, so join the conversation, get your questions answered live or just watch along and enjoy the show.
