I had a fish pond back wheb I lived in Adelaide, SA. Had to remove 1/3rd of the water to replace with fresh, treated tap water. *Anything* I poured that pond water on grew really fast. No smell, fortunately.

This is one of your best postings. I really love it. The only thing lacking is that you should have told the residents that they should thank Brenda for all the lovely cabbages and garlic. You never would have planted the garden if Brenda had not given you the idea. They really need to thank her profusely. Little old lady listening from rural West Virginia, USA

I love it.yeah for getting rid of Brenda. It's great to have a box garden. A couple of tomatoes, a couple cherry tomatoes, a cake, a zucchini, some please green beans, carrots all in a 8 x 10' box. It family easy to take care of. Fresh vegetables are wonderful. You control the bug spray. You are not buying dirty veggies. You can freeze or can what you can't eat at the time. Then it's soup and fresh veggies for the winter.
