I’m a retired water and wastewater superintendent. The only time I operated a reverse osmosis plant was during US Air Force training at Elgin AFB in the mid-80s. It's a high-energy type of water treatment.

Italian who lives in Melbourne Australia. One liter of water costs twice as much as petrol here in Australia. ( 1 litre 95 octane petrol costs ( 16/ 07/26 ) AU$1.77 & 1 l of Water AU$3.50- 4.20- 5.50 )

AMAZING, I am retired plumber back in 1978 I was apprentice and we went to the sewer system where they can turn raw sewage into potable water, I live in Vegas now and don’t know why they wait so long to start building these systems off the coast of California: GOD BLESS THESE SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS 😊

And don't forget when you've taken the salt out of the water, you have to put the sole somewhere so it goes back into the nearby water making it even more saltier
