They Chopped the Leads and Threw It Away! | 1000W Inverter Repair

Someone chopped the power leads off this 1000W power inverter and threw it out with the scrap! In this video, we rescue it from e-waste, open it up on the bench, and track down what caused it to fail. Follow along as we methodically diagnose shorted MOSFETs across the power stages, check the gate driver circuitry and waveforms on the oscilloscope, and upgrade the damaged silicon with heavy-duty replacement components.
