  Hello again, Harry. My father was Production Manager on the Ford RS200, before going on to do the same on the Jaguar XJ220 &amp; McLaren F1. I spent hours &amp; hours at each production facility &amp; being a passenger with him. I remember being in an RS200 at 2:00am, on the newly opened A(M)42, going at an indicated XXXmph (70mph, officer).<br>Phenomenal, for 1984.<br>Manufactured at Shenstone, not Boreham, as the interweb would have you believe.<br>I remember it sitting on our driveway &amp; him driving it to &amp; from work. It later caught fire &amp; was totally destroyed, on the A5 near Tamworth. High pressure oil feed to the turbo had loosened &amp; sprayed oil. He said flames had suddenly appeared in his mirrors. The melted engine was later presented to him, at an awards ceremony, as a memento.

  When it comes to these types of videos, Harry, you&apos;re the best. They are informative and it really gets a guy thinking about several of those models that are not available here, but how can one get the darn thing &nbsp;here to Canada? Once again love these videos Harry, and you drive safe.

  Thank you Harry, fantastic video as always. Mixed emotions selling the Bentley but it will go towards creating something wonderful for the industry we love. <br>It’s also the very last conventionally powered factory race car to be part of a race program so a real piece of history!

  Nice to see two RS200s for sale and looking so good. My Dad (Graham Robson) was a development engineer on those cars and had the very first red road car, F938MJN, as his final one with a red Recaro &quot;comfort&quot; interior, music system and even a car telephone! He adored them as did we all. It was the first really fast car I ever drove. It wasn&apos;t only the so-called Evo (&quot;S&quot;) cars that had the second transmission lever, this was an option on any car as the mechanism was inside all the gearboxes and at least two that Dad ran had it. And yes, the Ghia badge is correct.
