  Imagine finding out your son was dead, potentially murdered, and the police dept is like, "yeah, well all we got are some bones". Gtfo Id lose it.

  I am gay...and yes, there is something weird about sleeping at the neighbor's house.  It sounds like a scorned lover (the neighbor) who got upset and maybe killed Wil...and probably dumped the body somewhere between Moscow and Florida?

  Not every missing adult is missing at their own will. Some police departments act like bad things don't happen to adults.

There are so, so, many and It’s heartbreaking. If you’d like another cold case, I’d suggest Pamela Holopainen of Timmins, Ontario. She disappeared in 2003 after fleeing on foot from a holiday party with her abusive boyfriend Chris following close behind. &nbsp;RCMP (Police) did not properly assist the family. Instead they claimed Pam, a devoted mom of two &amp; girlfriend of Chris Manchester, was “probably a prostitute on drugs.” Chris has a history of DV against Pamela and it wasn’t Chris who reported her missing, it was Pam’s family who did. There was also blood found in Pam’s home, but the RCMP still believed Chris’s lies. Pam’s sister, Vanessa Brousseau, has dedicated her entire adult LIFE to raise awareness regarding her sisters case and the MMIW crisis. I think it would be BEAUTIFUL if you had her on your show or on Crime Weekly. Your talent as a detective is ever present in all of your videos. Thank you for sharing that gift with people who truly need it.

  Moscow is a college town, with a population of roughly 21,000 in 1999. It&apos;s not like this is some huge metropolis overrun with crime, leaving the local police force understaffed and overwhelmed. (Well, maybe they were understaffed and overwhelmed but it wasn&apos;t due to the population or the crime rate.) <br><br>Moscow Police Department consisted of roughly 30 to 35 sworn officers and a couple of community volunteers. The latah sheriff&apos;s office and Moscow Police Department didn&apos;t work well together, their communication was extremely lacking. Moscow didn&apos;t have a dedicated homicide division and they were mainly used to dealing with property crimes or drunk and disorderly college students- Not to mention the fact that they were still using fairly old equipment and didn&apos;t even gain full accreditation until 2002 which meant that they were kind of still doing what they wanted, the way they wanted. They weren&apos;t being held to &quot; best practices and professional standards&quot; yet and things sometimes went a little haywire because the right hand didn&apos;t always know what the left hand was doing. <br><br>(My kids were raised just a bit north of there, my ex-husband was raised just a bit South so we are very familiar with Moscow.)
