  Wow,, Mo Pitney's sound took me back to the early 1960's and the first time I heard Merle. Like millions of his fans,, once you heard Merle Haggard you were hooked for life. Life is fleeting,, everyone will one day leave this 'ol Earth but the stories Merle put to music are buried in our souls. We know in our hearts his music will stand the test of time.

  I loved Merle since the first time I heard him. Now I have even a higher opinion of him after hearing all the great stories from those that knew him.
